Mason Gordon

Mason is the Economic Development Team Lead at HWC Engineering, and is passionate about the revitalization of rural communities across the State. His passion for rural development took him to Ireland where he spent a year pursuing a master’s degree and gaining an international context to rural problem solving. Mason excels in securing funding for projects, with over $80 million secured for communities to date.

Mason has recently been named a recipient of the 2024 Indianapolis Business Journal’s 20 in their Twenties award.
