Josh - Grants Committee

Joshua Frost retired in September of 2025 from the Zionsville Fire Department after more than 20-years as a firefighter in Boone County and continues to remain active in a life safety role as a member of Indiana Taskforce-1 (a FEMA USAR disaster response team), and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Track Rescue Team.  Josh is a former CFBC Board member and past Board Chair.  He has served on the Grants Committee, Scholarship Committee and the Lilly Scholarship Committee. Josh serves on the IvyTech Homeland Security/Public Safety program Advisory Board.  He is a lifetime member of the Indiana Fire Chiefs Association, and remains active with the Fire Inspectors Association of Indiana.  Josh serves on the Indiana Fire Prevention Code Update Committee and has served as a life safety advocate testifying before the Indiana State Legislature on many bills on behalf of the Indiana Fire Chiefs Association and the Fire Inspectors Association of Indiana.  Josh and his wife of more than 25-years reside in Lebanon and have six children.  They are active members of St. Joseph Catholic Church.  Josh is a member of the Knights of Columbus and continues to volunteer with multiple not-for-profits in Boone County.
