Your favorite nonprofit could win a $1,000 grant!

This holiday season the Community Foundation of Boone County is again partnering with the Lebanon Reporter and Zionsville Times Sentinel to give a $1,000 grant to a Boone County nonprofit organization with the most “likes” on their Facebook post. 

The Rules:

  • Eligible organizations must be a registered and valid 501(c)(3) with a physical address in Boone County, Indiana.
  • Organizations must submit their story along with a photo on our website HERE by 12:00 noon on December 9, 2015. Only submissions with appropriate language and content will be considered and may be edited at the discretion of the Community Foundation. Please limit story to 100 words or less due to Facebook posting limitations.
  • Nominations can be made by anyone, but they must be made on the Community Foundation’s website by the date and deadline posted. No late entries will be accepted and only one submission will be posted for each nominated organization.
  • Voting will begin on the Community Foundation’s Facebook page at 12:00 noon on December 14, 2015. The organization’s photo that receives the most “likes” by 5:00 pm on December 18, 2015 will win the $1,000 community grant. In the event of a tie, the $1,000 will be split among the organizations with the top votes.
  • The winner will be announced on the Community Foundation’s Facebook page and via the Lebanon Reporter and Zionsville Times Sentinel on December 19, 2015.
