Shawna Lake

Shawna serves as Chair of the CFBC Board. She is the Founder of Deep End Talent Strategies, a human resource consulting firm, and is an active contributor to the HR body of knowledge through local, state, and federal levels, as well as speaking with high schools and universities. She enjoys soccer, reading, and traveling. Shawna is an avid volunteer and is committed to serving her local communities. She serves on the CFBC board because it is another way for her to engage with and give back to her local community.
