Crystal Dimiceli

Crystal manages all aspects of the office, ensuring each area has what it needs to operate both efficiently and effectively. She is involved in all areas of CFBC- she takes the lead on systematic process improvements throughout the office, processes donations, assists with financials and reconciliations, and more. She enjoys working at CFBC because she has always had a heart to serve others and it is very important to her to give back right where you live – to make your community a better place for all. Prior to joining CFBC, Crystal spent several years organizing and managing multiple local nonprofit organizations, including youth sport programs, and enjoys volunteering her time to fill local needs – especially in the activities her children are involved in. Outside of the foundation, Crystal and her husband have lived in Lebanon for 17 years. They love camping and spending time outdoors together with their four children. She enjoys reading, watching her kids in sporting events and their hobbies, and traveling with family and friends – especially to the beach.
