During the second round of 2023 matching grants, which focused on supporting the education of and development in the elderly, CFBC awarded a total of $26,000 to two different organizations. These recipients had from July 15 – September 15 to raise their awarded matching amount – and these Boone County organizations were up for the challenge! The $26,000 in matching dollars resulted in $57,000 raised!

Boone County Senior Services, Inc.
Boone County Senior Services, Inc. received a matching grant of $20,000 for their personal and transportation services. They exceeded their goal and raised $25,000 for a total of $45,000 of impact!

Senior Citizens Inc Lebanon
Senior Citizens Inc. Lebanon is using their grant and matching donations to provide more programming and allow for opening their Center at additional times. They raised $6,000 to match the $6,000 grant.
